POLICY INFO: You must be a part of the Family Law Certificate Program to attend. The workshop fulfills one limited-enrollment requirement for the Family Law Certificate Program. Before attending, registrants must have completed the following seminars: Fundamentals of Divorce Practice and Procedure; Handling Child Custody and Parenting Time Issues; and Handling Property Division and Spousal Support Issues.
