Special Needs Trusts
Updated Form
When Medicaid regulations and the policy on how to interpret them changes, a special needs trust can be in danger of losing its exempt status under 42 USC 1396p(d)(4)(A). This recently updated sample petition in the ICLE Formbank will help you revise and restate a special needs trust to comply with changes in Supplemental Security Income and Medicaid regulations.

No-Fault Updates
New Legal Update

Petition for Judgment of Parentage
New Form
The Michigan Family Protection Act includes the Assisted Reproduction and Surrogacy Parentage Act (ARSPA), MCL 722.1701 et seq., effective April 2, 2025. The ICLE Formbank now includes this brief to accompany a petition for judgment of parentage under Part 2 of the ARSPA, as well as a sample verified petition and judgment.
