Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program Cosponsor: Probate and Estate Planning Section, State Bar of MI A systematic training program in Probate and Estate Planning leading to a Certificate of Completion developed in cooperation with the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. The programs ensures that you have been exposed to an organized curriculum covering basic to intermediate-level estate planning and administration. Pay a one-time fee of $150 when you sign up . Attend 10 ICLE seminars designated for the Probate and Estate Planning Certificate Program. (Regular seminar attendance fees apply for the seminars. ICLE Partners attend most seminars for free or at a discount.) You must be a Michigan attorney and complete all attendance requirements within three years from the date you sign up to earn your Certificate.
