Steven W. Dulan is a solo practitioner. He has taught at Lansing Community College, Baker University, and Cleary University. He is an adjunct professor at Adrian College and teaches a gun control seminar that has become a fixture of the academic curriculum at Cooley Law School. Mr. Dulan regularly lectures on the legal portion of the Michigan concealed pistol licensing class and is an active member of the board of directors of the Michigan Coalition for Responsible Gun Owners (MCRGO) and the MCRGO Foundation. He is a Fellow of the George Romney Institute for Law and Public Policy and has done numerous media appearances to discuss gun policy including with Christiane Amanpour, Piers Morgan, Joy Behar, Geraldo Rivera, and Soledad O’Brien. Mr. Dulan presented a paper on post-Sandy Hook legislation at the 16th Annual National Firearms Law Seminar in Houston, Texas. Mr. Dulan served as an Army infantry sergeant from 1987-1989 and from 2005-2010 was a civilian military rifle instructor, training squad-designated marksmen in pre-deployment Army units.
