Bari Blake Wood

Bari Blake Wood focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation and data privacy and security. Ms. Wood first became licensed to practice law in 2008 in California, where she defended medical malpractice and general liability cases. After moving to and becoming licensed in Michigan in 2010, she continued in that area of practice until she was given a prestigious clerkship in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Following her clerkship, Ms. Wood worked as a prosecutor and magistrate judge for the City of Detroit, as a solo practitioner focused on helping small business owners, and as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office. She currently serves as an assistant attorney general in the Michigan Department of Attorney General.
