Matthew R. Keuten is a partner in his firm’s Health Care Practice Group and focuses his practice primarily on advising clients in connection with health care regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to representing clients in a wide array of transactions involving information technology matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as licensing agreements, hosting agreements, outsourcing agreements, hardware acquisition, and maintenance agreements. Mr. Keuten currently serves as chair of the Health Care Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
