Jennifer T. Dillow is a member of the firm's Consumer Defense, Commercial Litigation, and Employment practice groups. Her practice concentrates on the defense of claims brought under federal and state consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Ms. Dillow previously focused her practice in consumer creditor's rights and gained extensive experience with collection litigation and judgment enforcement. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Detroit Bar Association, and the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Dillow served on the board of directors for the Michigan Creditors Bar Association from 2011 to 2016 and was named a Rising Star in creditor's rights by Michigan Super Lawyers every year from 2012 through 2020.
