Tiffany A. Buckley-Norwood is an associate counsel for the national health system, providing practical advice on employee relations and compliance initiatives. She partners nationally and cross-functionally with human resources, senior leadership, and other relevant stakeholders on employee recruitment, incentives, terminations, performance management, internal investigations, policies, leave, accommodations, corporate transactions, compliance, and other matters. Ms. Buckley-Norwood is also a frequent author and presenter, with more than 30 presentations and more than 20 published works. Her speaking engagements include presentations for the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association, American Society of Employers, Association of Corporate Counsel Michigan, State Bar of Michigan Labor & Employment and Health Law Sections, and Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. Ms. Buckley-Norwood has been recognized by “The Best Lawyers in America,” as a Michigan Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers, and as an Up and Coming Lawyer by “Michigan Lawyers Weekly” in 2015. She has also been recognized as one of the Women of Excellence by the “Michigan Chronicle” in 2019 and one of the Hispanic National Bar Association's Top Lawyers Under 40 in 2020.
