Jennifer Lossia McManus works exclusively in employment-related disputes. Her practice areas include discrimination, sexual harassment, severance agreement negotiations, wage-and-hour disputes, retaliation, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Before her work with the firm, Ms. McManus worked as a law clerk for Judge Bernard A. Friedman in the Eastern District of Michigan and as an attorney at a large firm in Detroit. She currently serves as cochair of the Federal Bar Association's (FBA) Professional Ethics Committee, as an officer of the Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ), and as a council member of the State Bar of Michigan's (SBM) Labor and Employment Law Section. Ms. McManus is also member of the FBA's executive board and is a frequent speaker for the MAJ, SBM, and FBA.
