Rolf E. Lowe has been practicing health care law for more than 15 years. He provides counsel to health care providers and companies on a broad array of issues affecting their operations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other payor rules and regulations; federal and state compliance issues; Stark and Anti-Kickback; HIPAA and other privacy matters; behavioral health services; business transactions, privileging, credentialing, and licensure matters; payor contracting and impaneling; labor and employment law matters; and administrative actions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and is an SCAO-certified civil court mediator. He is a member of the State Bar’s Health Law and Government Law Sections.
