Rob M. Davies serves as borrower and lender counsel in commercial finance transactions, including serving as local counsel for borrowers and serving as bank and borrower counsel for asset-based lending and mortgage loan financing transactions. He has acted as bank counsel, borrower counsel, and bond counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financing transactions. Mr. Davies also enjoys assisting clients with the leasing, development, financing, acquisition, and sale of real property, including business and residential condominiums. He is chair of the firm's financial services industry group and commercial finance practice group. Mr. Davies also has experience with the mining industry, particularly in mineral acquisition and leasing throughout Michigan and mineral title opinions.
