Craig M. Stanley joined ExxonMobil as labor counsel in April 2010 after practicing as a shareholder in Butzel Long's Labor Group for 12 years. He focuses on collective bargaining negotiations, union elections, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings, arbitrations, and general labor and employment matters. Mr. Stanley clerked for the NLRB, Region 7. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association (ABA) Labor and Employment Law Sections and is active in the ABA's Developing Labor Law and NLRB Practice and Procedure Committees. Mr. Stanley has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer and has received awards for excellence in labor and employment law from both the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction and the ABA. He also is a contributing author for "How Arbitration Works" and "The Developing Labor Law."
