Hon. Jenny McNeill was elected as a Muskegon County Circuit Judge in 2022. Judge McNeill previously served as a Friend of the Court referee for the Muskegon County Family Court. She practiced law for more than 21 years, specializing in family law cases, before she became a referee in January, 2018. She is currently the Presiding Family Court Judge in Muskegon County.
