Adam Kutinsky is an insurance coverage attorney who exclusively represents policyholders and other claimants in disputes with insurance companies. He is the former insurance coverage practice leader at one of the largest defense firms in the Midwest and is among just a handful of Michigan attorneys in private practice to earn the insurance designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter®. In 2016, he was named chair of the State Bar of Michigan Insurance and Indemnity Section, which he held through 2017. He is in his 21st year of practice and is a frequent contributor to State Bar of Michigan publications and continuing education programs.
