John P. Nicolucci

John P. Nicolucci is a litigator and member of the firm's General Litigation Practice Group. He also serves as leader of its Family Law Practice Area. His trial experience includes both bench and jury trials in the U.S. District Court, circuit and district courts throughout Michigan, Michigan administrative agencies, and state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Nicolucci has successfully argued cases before the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Michigan Court of Appeals. Among his honors and recognitions, he is a fellow of the Michigan State Bar Foundation and a member of the Advocates Guild of the Michigan Supreme Court Historical Society.
