Adam G. Taub practices exclusively in the area of consumer rights. He has assisted thousands of consumers and focuses on non-compliance with Regulation Z and Regulation M, federal mortgage law, federal warranty law, federal odometer law as well as the various state financing laws. Mr. Taub has also litigated many cases involving the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, including several certified class action lawsuits in those areas. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, where he also has served as chairperson and secretary. Mr. Taub has contributed numerous articles regarding auto fraud to various publications, including "The Consumer Advocate" and "Consumer Law Newsletter." He is licensed to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the State of Michigan, the eastern district of Michigan, the Western District of Michigan, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
