Ian B. Lyngklip is a nationally recognized speaker on credit reporting, debt collection, and auto financing issues, and he has spoken by invitation before the Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He served on the Michigan Bar Association's Consumer Law Section Council from 1997 to 2001 and was chair of the section in 2000.
