Kathryn A. VanDagens is an attorney, a full-time neutral, and a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. She is listed on the labor panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC), and the National Mediation Board, as well as the AAA's national roster of (employment) neutrals. Ms. VanDagens also serves as a fact finder for the MERC and as an ad hoc hearing officer for the Michigan Department of Civil Service.
