Daniel H. Minkus practices in the areas of business planning and commercial transactions. He is a recognized expert in limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporate law. Mr. Minkus is a past chair of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law Section (BLS) and served as chair of the BLS LLC and Partnership Committee for over 20 years. He is a frequent lecturer and contributing author for ICLE. Mr. Minkus is also an active member of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section and its Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, having served on task force subcommittees for ancillary documents to the "Model Stock Purchase Agreement," the "M&A Process," and the "Revised Model Asset Purchase Agreement." Designated a Michigan Super Lawyer, Mr. Minkus is also named in "The Best Lawyers in America" (Lawyer of the Year for Mergers and Acquisitions for 2010) and in "Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business" (mergers and acquisitions).
