Daniel D. Swanson practices extensively in the area of employment litigation, handling claims of breach of employment contract, noncompetition agreements, discrimination, sales representative commission disputes, severance negotiations, and other employment-related actions. He also has a substantial commercial litigation practice and acts as a state court case evaluator for employment and complex commercial litigation cases. A member of the American and Federal Bar Associations, Mr. Swanson served as an officer and member of the council of the State Bar of Michigan's Labor and Employment Law Section. He is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and a past chair of its Labor and Employment Law Committee.
