Michael H. Fabian practices in the area of property insurance issues. He has been representing business owners and home owners in property damage claims against insurance companies for over 40 years. A frequent lecturer on property insurance issues to numerous professional groups throughout the United States, Mr. Fabian has served as an appointed member of the National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) technical committee on fire investigations, which authors NFPA 921, the authoritative text on fire investigations. He has also served as a member of the American Association for Justice, the Michigan Association for Justice, the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the insurance law committee and the Insurance and Indemnity Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
