Henry M. Grix practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and charitable planning. He is a past chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Section Council and a former editor of its "Probate and Estate Planning Journal." A fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Mr. Grix is a member of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Section, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metropolitan Detroit, Inc., and the Planned Giving Roundtable of Southeast Michigan. A member of ICLE's Probate and Estate Planning Advisory Board, he has lectured frequently at ICLE seminars and contributed to ICLE publications. Mr. Grix is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" and was selected as the area's 2010 Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year. He serves on a number of nonprofit organization boards.
