Steven J. Best is a founding partner of Affinity Consulting Group and managing partner of the firm's Atlanta office. As an attorney and a certified law office software consultant with an educational background in law, accounting, and economics, Mr. Best consults with law firms throughout the United States on law office software as well as sophisticated practice and document management issues. He is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars and is a certified consultant and trainer, maintaining certifications in many law office software products including time, billing, and accounting, practice management, document management, PDF production, document assembly, and paperless office packages. He is also a national speaker at many CLE programs throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Best is the chair of the 2016 American Bar Association (ABA) TechShow planning board and is an active member of the ABA's Law Practice Division. He is also the author of "The Lawyer's Guide to PCLaw" published by the ABA in 2015. He earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and his juris doctor from Emory University School of Law.
