David Kramer is vice president and practice leader for the firm's lawyers' professional liability (LPL) practice, which creates integrated risk management and insurance solutions for law firms. The LPL practice involves program placement, coverage analysis, risk management, and claims consulting. Prior to joining Oswald Companies, Mr. Kramer worked for a national broker, where he specialized in LPL insurance and acted as general counsel. A graduate of the George Washington University School of Law, Mr. Kramer is a frequent presenter to groups such as the International Trademark Association and the Toledo Patent Law Association on the topic of lawyers' professional liability.
