James G. Gross practices in the area of insurance coverage litigation. He also practices appellate law with an emphasis on personal injury defense. Mr. Gross has litigated 400 to 500 appeals, a great many of them involving the No-Fault Act, and has served on the ICLE No Fault Update faculty since 1987. He is a member of several state and national bar associations and has served as president for the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel. Mr. Gross is also one of eight Michigan Fellows of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers. He was named one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly's Lawyers of the Year for 2006.
