Using the "Current to" Date
and
and the Summary of Changes
Current to date
The Current to date on each chapter reflects its currency. ICLE monitors changes in the existing law on an ongoing basis and adds any changes to the online resources within two weeks of their occurrence. If a major new development requires significant revision of a chapter that will require more than two weeks to implement, that fact will be flagged in the text and the summary of changes.
What's new in this chapter
Along with updating your chapter
text to give you the most current
information possible, ICLE‘s
online book chapters also include
What's
new in this chapter
.
Use the
What's
new in this chapter
link
at the top of
each chapter to review
the changes that we‘ve made during the last 12
months.
Look for the
What's
new in this section
link
beside the chapter sections to indicate a change has occurred in the section.
Click the
link to view a summary of that change.
Note that the
What's
new in this chapter
link
will appear at the top of a chapter only if a change has been made to it during
the past
12 months. Similarly, the link will only appear
beside a section
number if a change
has been made to it.
To use this feature:
-
Click
What's
new in this chapter
(or section) at the top of the chapter or at the beginning
of a section.
- The summary of changes will open.
-
Use the back button or section
number links to return to your chapter.
