Daniel D. Kopka is a senior research attorney with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He is a coeditor of "Employment Litigation in Michigan" (ICLE 2d ed), "Employment Law in Michigan: An Employer's Guide" (ICLE 2d ed), "Michigan Business Formbook" (ICLE 3d ed), and other ICLE publications. He has also edited and written articles in "American Jurisprudence 2d," "American Law of Products Liability 2d," "New York Jurisprudence 2d," and "Ohio Jurisprudence 3d." Mr. Kopka is a member of the Committee on Libraries, Legal Research, and Publications of the State Bar of Michigan and has written several of the committee's monthly columns in the Michigan Bar Journal that deal with research resources.
