Eric R. Bowden’s primary area of practice is the representation of automobile dealerships. Mr. Bowden acts as general counsel to a number of dealership throughout Michigan as well as to dealer advertising associations. In this capacity, he provides counsel to dealers regarding day-to-day operations, which includes counsel on advertising, consumer litigation, government regulations, manufacturer-dealership relationships, and wage and hour law. While Mr. Bowden’s original practice began in litigation, over the years he has transitioned his practice to include business transactions, specifically the acquisition and sale of dealerships and their related assets, including real estate.
