How to Use the How-To Kits How-To Kits are step-by-step guides to basic transactions. They are available only online and not in printed form. How-To Kits often include material from ICLE books or seminar materials. Disclaimer. How-To Kits have been edited and checked, or adapted from other materials, by ICLE staff. However, ICLE (including its sponsoring organizations and its executive committee) and the contributors make no warranties as to the accuracy of these Kits or their suitability for a particular transaction. Using these Kits is not a substitute for your original research and analysis. Using the "Current to" Date and "What's New in This Kit" Current to date The Current to date on each How-To Kit reflects its currency. ICLE monitors changes in the existing law on an ongoing basis and adds any changes to the online resources within two weeks of their occurrence. If a major new development requires significant revision of a How-To Kit that will require more than two weeks to implement, that fact will be flagged in the text and the summary of changes.
