Special thanks to Gregory K. Need, of Adkison Need & Allen, PLLC, Bloomfield Hills, for his contributions to ICLE. A practitioner in the areas of municipal law, zoning and land use, and estate planning, Mr. Need is a contributing author to the new ICLE publication, Michigan Zoning, Planning, and Land Use. He will also be presenting, on the topic "Representing Neighbors," at the seminar Land Use and Development 2008, scheduled for Tuesday, September 9, in Plymouth. Mr. Need has lectured extensively and authored several articles on zoning and land use matters. He is also an adjunct professor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, teaching zoning and land use law.
