Why is ICLE temporarily closing its building?
We are following Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” Executive Order issued on March 23, 2020.

When will ICLE reopen its building?
When Governor Whitmer lifts Michigan’s executive order. She estimates it will last three weeks.

Can I still make new purchases?
Yes, most of our products are available for purchase online with a credit card at www.icle.org. We are able to process online payments for all products—including the Partnership, online books, online certificates, event registrations, and more.

Can I still talk with someone if I have any questions?
Yes. Please email us at icle@umich.edu. Or leave a message at 877-229-4350, with your P#, phone, and email. We will respond as quickly as possible. Please note that we may be returning calls via cell phones, so you may not recognize the phone number.

If I am expecting shipment of a print book, will that still get mailed?
If your book order was processed prior to the shutdown, we expect the shipment to arrive. Please contact us to check on your order. We are happy to provide temporary access to the online version for previously ordered books that have not yet shipped. We will work with you individually.

How will I know if changes are made to live events?
If you are registered for any live events, you will be emailed about any changes as soon as decisions are made.
