Shaunté Wilcher practices in the areas of probate and trust administration, as well as elder law, charitable giving, and special needs issues. She is a zealous advocate with a devotion to counseling vulnerable individuals and their families during some of their most difficult life challenges. She practices at Jaffe in the Estate Planning and Privacy & Data Security groups. Ms. Wilcher is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Howard University. During law school, she served as president of the Black Law Students Association and associate editor of "The Journal of Law in Society." She is also a member of the Wolverine Bar Association, the D. Augustus Straker Bar Association, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Detroit Bar Association.
