Gary A. Kendra practices in the area of technology law and development. Before re-entering private law practice, he most recently served as executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Genomic Solutions Inc., a manufacturer of instruments used in biotechnology research. Before that, he spent 15 years in private practice specializing in corporate and real estate law, intellectual property transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kendra's practice focuses on business start ups, technology commercialization, and general corporate matters, with emphasis on biotechnology, medical devices, software, and e-commerce industries. Mr. Kendra has written and lectured extensively on the law and technology, including coauthoring two books for ICLE.
