Michael R. Viterna leads a law practice exclusively dedicated to veteran law matters, representing claimants throughout the United States in appeals at the administrative and judicial levels. He has been accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Viterna is a member of the Veterans Law Section of the Federal Bar Association, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association, and the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates, Inc., where he serves on the board of directors as its secretary.. He is a frequent lecturer and author on veteran law matters.
