A partner in the corporate department, Audrey P. DiMarzo represents venture capital and private equity clients and privately held companies in a variety of corporate matters including company formation, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and fund formation. She advises venture capital firms with regard to investments in early stage companies, governance, and regulatory matters. Ms. DiMarzo represents emerging technology companies with respect to seed and venture capital financings, equity compensation, and operational matters. As a corporate attorney, she also advises business clients regarding commercial transactions and general corporate matters. Ms. DiMarzo earned a JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and was an editor of the "Harvard Law Review."
