William G. Maybee practices in the areas of family law, business law, and real property law. In these areas, he specializes in business transactions and litigation, estate planning, and real estate, with an emphasis on construction litigation. A graduate of Baylor University Law School, he is licensed to practice in Texas as well as Michigan. Mr. Maybee served as a clerk for Circuit Judge Raymond Fox on his return to Michigan, then in the Kalamazoo County prosecuting attorney's office for several years. He has been in private practice since 1979 but now practices with Pelletier and Maybee, P.C. Mr. Maybee is a member of the Business, Family, and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.
