David L. Kinsinger is vice president and chief patent counsel for L-3 Communications where he is responsible for intellectual property and licensing issues including procurement, management, and enforcement of the company's patent and trademark portfolios, copyright protection and compliance, and protection of all company intellectual property assets. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Kinsinger earned his juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and his bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering. He is also a member of the Aerospace Industries Association Intellectual Property Committee.
