Dr. Susan Silk is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Southfield providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. She also serves as disaster mental health coordinator for the American Red Cross and is co-founder and chairperson of the Disaster Response Network of the Michigan Psychological Association. Her assignments have included Hurricane Andrew, Oklahoma City, 9/11, Katrina, Virginia Tech and, most recently, Haiti. Dr. Silk also consults for private companies in the aftermath of workplace trauma.
