David L. Fegley is an associate attorney at the firm, where he primarily works on employment discrimination and prison litigation cases. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fegley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Bridget Mary McCormack of the Michigan Supreme Court. He also served as a law clerk at Legal Services of South Central Michigan, where he was an Equal Justice America Fellow, and at Brown, Goldstein & Levy, a Baltimore-based civil rights law firm. Mr. Fegley received his BA from Oberlin College and his JD with honors from the University of Michigan Law School, where he worked as a student attorney at the Pediatric Advocacy Clinic and Civil Rights Litigation Initiative.
