Monique S. Eubanks is an associate at the firm. She is a commercial litigator who advises and assists clients in all phases of the litigation process, including each stage of pretrial and trial work in both state and federal court. Before joining the firm, Ms. Eubanks worked in a managerial role in financial services for JP Morgan Chase and as a supervisor in treasury services for the City of Detroit. She is admitted to practice in Michigan and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
