Pervin Rusi Taleyarkhan is a legal counsel at the company and adjunct professor of intellectual property law and clinic director at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Ms. Taleyarkhan currently serves as chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s IP Law Section, as well as in leadership positions in the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel (currently on the Michigan chapter’s board of directors as well as secretary of the IP Network). She is on the editorial boards for two well-respected publications in the ABA Ms. Taleyarkhan is currently the editor-in-chief of the ABA IP Law Section’s publication, "Landslide" magazine, and is an editorial board member for the ABA’s flagship publication, "ABA Journal." She is also a past-editor-in-chief of the Young Lawyers Division’s flagship publication, "The Young Lawyer." Ms. Taleyarkhan also serves as trustee of the Foundation for the Advancement of Diversity in IP Law.
