Megan J. Parpart is a partner at the firm who focuses her practice on representing companies of all sizes in a broad range of corporate legal matters, with a particular emphasis on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. She routinely advises both domestic and international clients on matters in over a dozen countries, most frequently Canada, Mexico, India and the United Kingdom. Ms. Parpart also counsels clients on various tax incentives, with a primary focus on Qualified Opportunity Zone investments and transactions. In addition, she also serves as a legal advisor and active member of her family’s second-generation automotive manufacturing business. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Parpart worked as a consultant at a Big 4 public accounting firm. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law, where she was also named to the Order of the Coif.
