Elinor Ruby Jordan is the public benefits attorney for the program, where she works statewide with a focus on impact litigation, legal education, and policy improvements to the social safety net. Ms. Jordan has worked in legal services and systemic advocacy for people at the intersection of poverty, victimization, and discrimination for a decade and a half. She also teaches "Children, Families, and the State" at Michigan State University College of Law. Early in her legal career, Ms. Jordan served as a clerk for Hon. David W. McKeague of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
