Clara L. Seymour represents publicly and privately held companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business formation, corporate restructuring, secured and unsecured financing, and other general corporate matters. She also counsels clients with respect to drafting agreements and negotiating various transactions in the information technology field. Ms. Seymour is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law and Information Technology Law Sections and the American Bar Association's Science and Technology Law Section, Business Law Section, and Young Lawyers Division.
