Philip Matthew Jacques practices in the areas of state criminal defense, traffic and ordinance defense, juvenile delinquency matters, and driver's license restoration cases. He has written an article on unconstitutional searches and seizures in the "DePaul University College of Law Journal." Before joining his current firm, Mr. Jacques was a law clerk for City of Detroit Department of Law--Prosecuting Division and later served as an Illinois assistant state's attorney. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Illinois State Bar Association.
