Sara B. Rubino serves as a water resources commissioner attorney for Oakland County. Prior to this position, she was an attorney at Dickinson Wright PLLC in Troy, focusing her practice on probate litigation, special needs planning, and elder law. She has significant experience litigating contested guardianships, conservatorships, estates, and trusts. Ms. Rubino has also served as general counsel for large companies in the 403(b) marketplace and negotiated and drafted real estate, employment, and noncompete contracts. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
