Susanne E. Crysler has more than 18 years of experience as a health care lawyer and currently serves as senior in-house counsel for the health system. Crysler advises in the areas of Stark, Anti-Kickback, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, EMTALA, billing and reimbursement issues, physician transactions, clinical services and patient care issues, and business corporate transactions. Previously, Ms. Crysler was a shareholder in a national law firm. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and American Health Lawyers Association. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
