Sara K. MacWilliams has long served as outside general counsel for various small and midsize businesses, providing guidance for legal concerns that impact business owners. Having resisted the traditional track to pick business transactions or business litigations, Ms. MacWilliams has spent decades doing both and has a unique perspective in both contract negotiation and litigation.
