Heather K. Nalley graduated cum laude in 2001 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she served as editor-in-chief of the law review and was a member of the national moot court team. She interned with Justice Marilyn Kelly of the Michigan Supreme Court and following graduation clerked for Hon. Stanley J. Latrielle of the Livingston County Circuit Court before entering private practice. Ms. Nalley has been a visiting and adjunct professor and faculty advisor at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School teaching moot court and honors writing classes and currently is an externship supervisor. She has conducted numerous jury and bench trials in a variety of criminal, child protective and family law cases, as well as representing clients in the Michigan Court of Appeals.
