Edmund Yee is a partner at his firm. Before joining the firm in 2001, Mr. Yee developed expertise in consumer protection law while working at General Motors and represented the company in more than 150 arbitration hearings around the country involving disputes with consumers asserting claims under state and federal consumer protection statutes. He continues to devote a substantial portion of his practice to the representation of automotive manufacturers in the defense of consumer claims arising under the Michigan Lemon Law, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, and other consumer protection statutes.
